The Festival of Frights is celebrated annually on the Saturday before Halloween on S. Glendora Avenue in Historic Downtown West Covina. Festival of Frights highlights the season by bringing together Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos in a festive environment filled with frightful fun! The event features a haunted maze, a Dia de Los Muertos Mercado, costume contest, live entertainment, vendors, food, games, and activities.
The City looks to spotlight the Glendora Avenue businesses by encouraging Festival Attendees to visit the restaurants or service providers located in the Downtown areas. Information on how to become a vendor/host a booth for Festival of Frights is available in August of each year.
