Each year, the City of West Covina partners with the West Covina Kiwanis Club to host an annual October fundraiser with proceeds to benefit the West Covina Senior Center and community grants. In 2022, the West Covina Kiwanis Club hosted the 1st Annual Kartober-Fest featuring cars, community booth, a beer garden, food, and free children’s activities in the upper parking lot of Cortez Park.
Information on how to participate in the car show or as a vendor is available in August of each year.
